Data Scientist

• You analyze, design, develop and validate practical analytical models for technical issues
• You will work with business consultants, product managers, and data engineers to understand model requirements and design implementation
• You are the owner of analytical models (= questions) from the conception to the productive implementation
• You are at home at the interface between business questions and analytics
• You have a special eye on data quality and drive it forward

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, statistics or comparable courses of study or qualifications
• Very good knowledge with Python or R
• Affinity for structured thinking and model thinking as well as knowhow of methodologies behind machine learning, operations research, optimization, etc.
• In-depth knowhow with technologies from the data science stack such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, Tensorflow, spaCy, mlflow etc.
• Good know-how with cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
• Good English skills
• Competence with remote or hybrid working

You will be part of our dedicated team of people with different backgrounds - engineering, data science, business and design. Together we work on projects to solve complex problems for our customers. We are also working on our Enterprise Knowledge Graph solution and rolling it out to our customers. We don't expect you to be a master in all areas, we are looking for people with enthusiasm, curiosity and a willingness to learn coupled with a willingness to take ownership.
